My Droid DNA has recently started eating through its battery 2-3 times faster than normal. It also gets warm when it does this. I installed a CPU monitoring app, and that has shown that when this is happening, the CPU is pegged at 95-100%, no mater what I am doing on it. Closing out apps doesn't seem to help, the only thing that does is resetting my phone. going into battery usage, it shows that 50 to 75% of the battery use is the Android system, and the battery history graph shows long periods of being awake even when the screen is off. I am considering just doing a complete wipe of my phone to try to fix it, but before that, does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
