I cannot send or receive mms, and all the ones i have already received are showing a broken "picture" with an exclamation mark.

moedl2011, let's pick up the pieces to that picture. Did you download a 3rd party text messaging application from the Google Play market? Try deleting all unwanted text messages on your device to ensure that this isnt a memory capacity issue. No it's not,my WiFi or data connection. Its the mms original app not a 3rd party one.
It worked for almost a week when I got this new phone and now it doesn't work at all. Even with hangouts
moedl2011, thanks for those details. Did you have a chance to delete all unwanted text messages on your device and power it off/on? Please be advised that you have to disable Wi-Fi and connect to our network when sending and recieving multimedia messages.
