Verizon you know this is a known issue, I have read on the community forum where this has been going on for several weeks with different phones!!! TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON!!! I talked to tech services several times spending hours on the phone. We uninstalled and reinstalled cloud several times and did the same with updates and no luck. We restarted phone in safe mode to limit all 3rd party applications and error still comes up no matter what you are doing with the phone. You sent me a refurbished phone for (1) of the (4) new Samsung Galaxy S5 phones I purchased for $2,200.00 less than 3 months ago, all with otter boxes and screen protectors, to fix the issue. I got the refurbished phone last night and set it up with the same issues. I guess I am supposed to feel great that after 3 calls and arguments that Verizon has made an exception to send me a comp pack of $10 screen protectors for my REFURBISHED phone that still did not fix the problem. After your tech support staff acting suprised about the issue that you can read about for weeks on community.verizon.Com WHAT ARE YOU PLANS TO FIX THIS ISSUE???
