I have been hearing a lot of uproar about the KitKat update from Verizon, ATT, and TMobile users. I myself cannot make phone calls without them going straight to voicemail. I cannot text or access mobile data unless I have a 4G LTE signal.
I have been having said issues for two months. I got an ATT gophone to use in case of emergencies, so I now plan to renew that plan and buy a new phone. I'm going to have to spend TWO paychecks on this PLUS pay my Verizon ETF. My mother and brother have basic phones and are having no issues. I cannot do this anymore Verizon. I have had to go back to working nights and if I can't get in touch with my mom if I have an accident on the way home in an area with no 4g, I'm screwed. Thanks a lot. ATT will now get my business, because a friend of mine has an iphone and has NO problems with them and lives about where I do.
