No Photos in Picture Folder when Transferring

I am trying to transfer pictures from my Droid Razr M to my Mac. I have installed the required transfer program. However when I open the Picture folder there are no photos in it. I do not have an SD card. How do I get the pictures from my gallery into this folder?

We'd love to help walk you through saving those photos on your PC. One great way to do so would be through our Verizon Cloud application. Simply download this application on your device in the Google Play Store and run a back-up. Once all of the media is backed up, you will be able to access these photos on your PC.
