I have the finger print entry on my S5 and some how it got locked out, now I have to enter an laternative password. I cannot seem to get that right either. How can I go back to where my finger print will work? Or logging in with my email.
Lets get you full access into your device, ericbaker01! Are you able to access the device or settings at all? If so go to settings > fingerprint > fingerprint manager > swipe the registered fingerprint > settings > deregister > select all > delete it. If you are unable to get into device at all, we may need to do an alternate reset. Have you backed up your device? If not, all content on device may be wiped off.
