If a buy an unlocked GSM Galaxy S4 from eBay, will Verizon give me a SIM card for free?
IS GSM the proper way to go or should I go CDMA?

To work properly the Device has to be a Verizon Device.. it helps also if it's free of any contracts And I would imaging you'll have to sign up to some kind of contract to get the Sim Card.. They just don't hand them out
