On 8/8/14, I was inquired about some options to reduce my bill since I was out of contract. On 8/13/14, I called customer service to rescind the renewal offer. My services under this agreement starts tomorrow 8/14/14 according to customer service and it is within a week grace period for buyer remorse under PA state law. I would prefer to have this issue handled amiably or I will have to get the PA Attorney General office involved. Please contact me as soon as possible.
