My wifes Samsung Charge lost all her messages a few weeks ago then 90% of her Contacts disappeared Monday.A month or so before that she tells me (now) her Backup Assistant started to fail and report an Error 10 message. I went and got her a new S4 yesterday. The guy at the VW store said there was no issue with activating it. Before doing so I had used Backup Asst (tried but failed) then the Cloud to backup her photos, etc. Now where do I find that? When I went to My Verizon all I find is my phone info? Am I missing something? Is there someplace where her data might be sitting that I missed? Otherwise, how can I move over the stuff on her old phone to her new phone.....
