I know it's crazy to even ask. My HTC one became defective after 4 months and when I went into the Verizon store to transfer to replacement the SD card was not taken out (didn't know I had one until half my data didn't appear on new phone - husband had installed it.) Now I have sent phone in the mail to Austin warehouse and I am wondering if anyone, anywhere has ever contacted that facility and been able to get them to check old phones for this type of thing.
