I went to the Verizon cloud web site and deleted many contacts. I cannot find a way to transfer that list of contacts to my iPhone 5c. Any suggestions?

Now I have even more contacts. I wanted to delete a lot of contacts from my phone. It was quicker to delete them online on the Verizon Cloud. When I followed the instructions above, I didn't receive the shortened contact list from Verizon Cloud.
Tried http://vz.to/1fSsdTC and got "Oops page not found" . Any other suggestion?
