For the last several months, I have had the absolute most ridiculous excuse for cell service, but I've worked for different companies, including Verizon, and understand no phone or provider has service everywhere, at all times. I would have to walk outside my house to make phone calls or receive calls. Since last night, I cannot even have a conversation outside anymore. It drops, doesn't connect, etc. Verizon has no idea, "must be poor service area" Although, in the beginning of service it was fine and the only change I have made is a software update. I'm ready to chuck the phone and Verizon altogether.
