Unable to send or receive photos with my Lucid 3

I have had this phone only a month and this is the first time I try to send a mms message and when I try all it say's " Sorry, you can not add this picture to your message." I call support and try to trouble shoot it and nothing worked so they going to have the engineers check the network or something

Can't send or received any type photo or sound files? And I just checked and still nothing
