Why is my usage details not updating on the website? Hasn't updated in two days.
If you are at the end of your billing cycle, the data "freezes" while Verizon gathers the data and generates the bill. Then it updates to the new cycle data. It's annoying, especially if you monitor usage and need that end of the cycle number.... you won't see it till the bill comes.
It's been this ways as long as I can remember.
