XLTE - Gives Me Poor Connection/Speed

I live in zip code 97301. I have a GS4. Before XLTE was implemented, I had great service in my city (in and outside of buildings). Now, since XLTE was implemented, my connection and speed was drastically reduced. I am not even on an unlimited plan. I have a share everything plan. I even have troubles with sending text messages. I have to restart my phone just to have them send. But, the issue just comes back again.

Anyone else having these problems?

I'm sorry you're having issues with service rabitnshorty8990. I know service issues are frustrating. I show great service in your area. Try performing a SIM card pull http://vz.to/Vq3bCQ . Also make sure you have the most recent software, delete long/old text threads periodically, and power cycle periodically. Do you have any other issues with voice calls, internet or apps? Are the issues inside or outside?
