How do I view call/messaging history after deleting history?

I deleted messaging and calls history and now need to retrieve some of that information.

I was looking to live chat with a customer service rep but they are "busy".

Does anyone else know how to retrieve this information, if possible, or is it gone forever?

1) Have you been backing up your history with any of the free tools available in the Play Store or at Verizon?

2) If it's just call history, can you check old detailed invoices?

3) Otherwise, it's like throwing your wallet in the trash, waiting a week, and then deciding that you need some of the money that was inside.
