Changed from my old Razor to the S5 last week. Now, I only see e-mail from today, older e-mail is not displayed. It is set up to leave messages on the server, so I still get them on my PC, but this is frustrating.
Did you go into each individual account and make sure it syncs past emails? I believe default is one week and the max you can do is all. I am on the G3 right now and I left my Samsung devices at work.
Yeah or remove and really add email. Depending on your provider you may like k9 email app
FWIW, I use K9Mail and like it very much.
That said, probably in the default email program, like in K9Mail, there is a setting to adjust how many messages are displayed. If you are getting several emails, that setting could be too low. So I can see a history going back several days, I think I set a value of like 25 or even 30 messages.
Maybe that's it. Have a look.
