My Galaxy Stellar will not connect the the 4Glte network. Any ideas why? It used to work just fine.
Try replacing the simm card. Before you do that try shutting off the phone, pulling the sim card, wait 30 seconds, put it be in and turn the phone on and see if it connects to the network. If it wont connect to 4G then the sim card is probably bad.
cools, I am so sorry you are having issues with getting a 4G signal. Does this happen everywhere you go? How long have you been having this issue? Does this happen indoors and out. Klue was right, Sim card was the issue. I have an s5 and 2 days ago my network just switched from 4G to 3G for no reason. I had my S5 since April 2014. I did All the suggestions people posted every where on the internet. Today I just went to the Verizon store and asked for help. The VZN guy did what I've done and problem still exist, finally he replaced the SIM card and problem cleared. I'm back to 4G. They said the Sim card went bad. I'm a happy camper again.
