My work area is all in red...... yet I have no signal???? Does the map need to be redone???? When I do use my data it runs so slow it might as not be working at all
Mistylue,Oh my, let's get you the service you deserve! What's your zip code? What device are you using? Are you having service issues indoors and outdoors? Please provide additional details so we can get to the bottom of this for you! KarenC_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
I live in Ohio and have the same issues. According to the map, I should have 4G the most places that I go. At my house in the county it is ok at best. If I go down to Columbus, it's very spotty at best and many times my phone goes into 3G. I thought that by switching back to an HTC phone, (I had a Samsung right before the new one) it would be better but it's just the service. I drive through a county that supposedly shows that it is in 4G but it actually will say "No Service" and it does that for about 10 miles. When the 4G first came out I got strong signals just about everywhere, but the service has degraded a LOT. I sent a message to them and got a call from one of their engineers and I was basically told that it's the way that phones work and that there was nothing that they could do. So hopefully they can help you because they aren't eager to help me at all. So I guess when my contracts are up, I will take my 10 lines and go somewhere else.
Hi stormchaser88!I'd love to help you and look into the area in which you're using your service and having trouble. We're always working on our network, so your service shouldn't be degraded at all. Can I ask for a zip code? Maybe an intersection in Columbus where you're having the issue you mentioned? I'd also like to ask if a ticket has ever been created for the area, since you also mentioned an engineer. Let's look into this and see what we can do, OK?Thanks, ChristinaB_VZWVZW SupportFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
