My galaxy S5 won't ring. Have been back to store twice. They get it to ring and by the time I get home, it's silent again. Any ideas???
What did the store do to get it to ring?
They don't know, I've worked with the same guy, he keeps doing a bunch of stuff. It's not on mute, I've changed ringtones, I've gone into sound settings and turned things off and on, no luck
