Verizon- haven't you gotten with motorola to fix the kit kat problem on droids? I've been on the phone with Verizon's help desk 3 different times- a total of 5 hours. I've done the hard reset which left up my droid maxx hd still messed up. I sent a "test" text to myself and it repeatedly sends to me morning and night. I deleted the thread but still getting the message. One day it was auto sent to me 11 times. After the hard reset it now sends to me about 3 times per day. The SMS text messaging app that Verizon downloaded on my phone last year for another hard reset, isn't compatible with kit kat, so no way to get old text messages or phone log back on my $300 phone. Verizon's help desk wasn't much help because they don't know how to fix the problems. If I pay verizon for a monthly service, I expect the service to work and issues to be resolved in a timely manner as my monthly payments are!
