Okay - this appears to be an issue that Verizon is aware of, but not doing anything about, my phone will barely hold a charge for 8 hours, I usually do nothing with it during the day, but it is used a lot after 4 pm, it can't even hold a charge to 4 pm, they also do not inform you that to get the battery replaced you have to purchase the extended warranty or insurance at least that is what Assurant or whatever the insurance company is called. I can remember and it was not that long ago that if you had a issue with your phone and you took it to the Verizon office and had insurance you could get the phone replaced, they took care of it right there, now you have to call some faceless company that gives you the run around, if I wanted that I could go down and wait over one hour at the local Verizon store. I was told I could get a new refurbished phone for the low price of $99.00, crap I can get one off ebay for less money and I bet it works. I have a phone that is probably over 4 years old, never had any issues with that phone, Verizon and the customer service has gone downhill and they have us over a barrel because we are all tied to our cell phones now. Verizon quit trying to make things better because you are only making them worse, I am going to start looking for a new service, so much for being a customer for over 20 years.
