Signal keeps coming off and on in the same spot where phone work even got the new sim card still doing the same i dont think i should be paying 175 for one cell phone and the signal and data keeps dropping ?

I tryed that already by taking off all my apps aswell still drop calls and drop data
I'm having same issue. Funny thing g is every time I call Verizon the damn call never drops. I've called 3 times I believe now about this issue that started right after the kitkat update. I would let them send me a replacement phone but I don't want a refurbished phone when it's been less than a year since purchase. I feel they should give me a brand new one right at the store or send one. I was so happy with my note 3 right up until memorial day weekend when the kitkat update cane through.

Probably because the KK operating system is colliding with the low level software and hardware of the device and causing problems. Until Google / Samsung issue a patch to VZW, so VZW can make it available, you're likely to continue to have poor reception. I don't think this is unique to the Note3.
You need to call Samsung and demand a device that works. Tell them the replacement has the same issue.
