restoring contact pics.

I have a Samsung III S. I silenced the ringer Thursday and when I turned it on, all of my contacts were just a list of names, nor pics or phone numbers. As per the Tech Support help, I removed the battery and it restored the original display but remove all of the pics except those in my favorite category. How can I get them back? Is there a selection in Backup Assistant Plus to say the the phone is not the most current data?

Unless there in one of your File Folders I'd say there gone.. but if the pictures you were using are still in the Main picture Gallery you may just have to reset the pictures to the Contacts.. you had them with..

Out of tens of thousands of registered users, 89 views or 246 views when I read the threads just means not very many people have read the post or have chosen to respond to it on this peer to peer forum.

My question for the issue you are having is if the contacts are saved as Google contacts or are they VZW backup contacts?
