I called many times,to find out why I couldn't purchase additional data for my prepaid smart phone. Two customer service agents Cleary said that I can only purchase this bridge data twice, within any one month, and assured me that I would be without any data, or internet, for TWO weeks. I was very concerned. On my seventh call, to technical support, over five hours,a tech agent said that that was incorrect , and charged my credit card for one gig of bridge data, available when the two on there now, are used up. This has been very stressful.It appears that the ten dollars is added to the talk part, not necessarily the data. Please advice what is going on.Thank you.
