My G3 rings only 3/4 times before going to voicemail. I just got off a call with tech support and they said they cannot change it as it is "locked down".
This makes absolutely no sense at all. Is this true?
Yeah I think they used to be able to change to max 8 rings. Some ring tones last longer
Yes, the system has it set to ring for 30 seconds. As suggested above, sometimes changing the ring tone helps.
