Can't buy apps from "Play Store" on my Droid MINI.

This is a recent problem when I try to download an app I get the following message: "Error: Google Play content is disabled for this domain.  Please contact your domain administrator for more information."  I am not sure what this is saying.  I am an educator and have a school gmail account connected to my phone.  Is this causing my problem?  How can I fix it?

Sorry to hear about your phone. We understand how important the Play Store is. Please go into your Play Store>Settings>Clear Search History. Then also make sure that Content Filtering is set to show all apps.
