Since the latest update my phone is not staying connected to my home Wifi. I didn't realize there was an issue until I got notice I had used 75% of my data so I started turning off my data and realized I was not connected to my Wifi. (My laptop and Ipad are both connected) I cannot force it to connect, I have to turn it off then back on and it will connect but doesn't stay connected. I worked with a Verizon person over chat and pulled the SIM card she ran some sort of update. I reinstalled and turned the phone back on - I tried a couple of things and told the representative it was fixed but right after I gave glowing praise in the survey I was disconnected again. I just rebooted it and same thing, I was in the middle of trying something online and suddenly I wasn't connected again.
