No Sim Card.

At this time my wife's device keeps popping no sim insert. This appears as notification on the top of the device. Looks line a sim card with a ? on it. A reboot will fix it for an unknown amount of time, it varies. I have replaced the sim and life was good for 2 days, but last night it came back.

Had the same with our DNA's. Any thoughts and is anyone else seeing this?

ASA12 We apologize you are havingthe same sim error issues. When this happens does it prevent calls/text or data from working?

I am having the same issue. Had this problem 2 weeks ago. Turned power off and then on again. Error cleared. Problem just happened again and it took a couple of times (turning off and on) before it worked again. There is no cell service. No calls/texts or data works. Connects to wifi though.

Sorry to read that your phone is not detecting the SIM card. Try reseating the SIM: http://vz.to/1ov9zzi . If the problem still persists replace the SIM card with a new SIM card. http://vz.to/1qbrMsS

Had phone replaced under the WFG - how ever the sim issue still exists but less. ther is new majot problem that I will posting in another forum - over heating error.
