VERY POOR COVERAGE

Over the last 6 months our Verizon service has been going downhill slowely. It was three to four bars and 4G. Then two then one. It's to a point now where both our phones have no service at all " where we live in zip "code 10579.

Even texts will not go through.

I reset the phone a lot to see if there are any new cell towers but no improvement.

If this keeps up we will have to switch providers.

I have recently relocated because of my work. Since moving I have very poor service at home and at work. It is worse indoors but is still very poor outside. Frequently my coverage is so bad that I cannot send or receive text messages. I need my phone for work so this is not merely an inconvenience. It is affecting my job.

My zip code is 75203. The service outside my home and work are poor, two

bars at most. Even with two bars my phone is frequently dropping calls and

is not reliably receiving and sending texts. My phone is a Samsung galaxy

s4.
