I get this message on my MAXX, "couldn't sign in". It gives me the option of retrying or cancelling. When I retry, it doesn't accept my password.
When I hit cancel, the same message pops up. If I hit home page, the message inevitably pops up again. If I try to access my email, or chrome, the message pops up. It pops up when I try to make a phone call, or while I am using navigation. I have to restart my phone often to get anything accomplished. I called Verizon, they've had me go into settings, delete my email account, then re-add it. This helps very briefly. I've also done factory resets several times which also helps very briefly. I've tried to call Verizon to initiate a warranty exchange, but get "we are experiencing unusually high call volumes" (as usual), and cannot get anyone on "live chat". Any suggestions?
