Wait a Moment Pop-up

Hello everyone! I have a motorola Razr HD. I noticed a pop-up on my phone for the past month or so. It says the following" Something went wrong. Please wait a moment and try again, if the problem persists, try logging in. Retry" Well I am not trying to login to anything. However, I noticed that when I switch to my Wifi capability, the pop-up appears. The odd thing is, I didn't have a problem login into my Wifi. I would even re-type the password, connect, open Chrome, surf and low and below that pop-up appears again. So I quit the Wi-Fi and no more pop-up....but err I don't think that is suppose to work like that. Anyway, it didn't change even after I download KitKat. Suggestions? I would like to not use all of my data plan.

I also have a Razr Maxx HD. Last night, I tried to take a picture and while in the camera app, I got the pop-up that said “Something went wrong. Please wait a moment and try again. If the problem persists try logging in again.” Then there was a Retry button, but if you clicked it, it would pause then the same error would come up. The phone was stuck in an endless loop of this until I powered it off. And it never said what I should try logging into, so I had no idea where the problem was originating. It was also the first time I had seen this message.

This morning I was checking email and it happened again. Had to power off.

A while later I tried making a phone call and it happened again while entering my voicemail password. Had to power off.

This afternoon I was looking at Facebook and it happened again. This time I turned off the screen and used my computer to do some googling to try to figure out what was going on. I found the thread below, and while stuck in this weird endless loop, somehow I was able to click fast enough to get out and turn off the wireless. Sure enough, the error went away and all of my apps seemed to work fine. I then deleted the cloud storage, as the thread explains, and turned wi-fi back on. So far, so good, although I haven’t used my phone a lot yet since doing it.
