Can't send text to one person

Ever since the kitkat update I have not been able to text one person, my husband and I both had razor and he could text her, but I can't. She can text me. I just upgraded to the galaxy s4, I was hoping that getting a new phone would fix it but it hasn't. Please help

Yikes! I'm definitely sorry to hear that this step didn't work either. I certainly can understand your frustrations with this. The next thing that we would want to try is to backup the phone fully using the Verizon Cloud or Backup Assistant. And then resetting the device. Very bizarre, Mlazzaro. Let's get to the bottom of this. What happens when you send her a message? Do you get an error message or does it appears that the message is sent successfully. Is she a Verizon customer? Please provide me with a few more details. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you for getting back to me, when I send it it appears to send, I get no error message, she is not a Verizon customer, I believe she has T-Mobile, she has contacted them and they couldn't find anything wrong, I have checked my blocked list, deleted her out of my contacts and re-entered her, I use a third-party text, I deleted it and tried the stock one, nothing worked
