How to prevent Galaxy S4 from connecting as “Connected as Installer” instead of “Connected as Media Device”?

I recently started receiving the "Connected as Installer" when I hook my phone up to my car with the USB cable to charge it.  I use bluetooth in my car to listen  to my music on the phone.  I get a beep from it through my bluetooth every couple of minutes. It is annoying.   I haven't changed any settings on my phone to create this message.  How do I turn it off?  The last update on my phone was June 28th. from ML1 to NC1.
