My Phone was on the 4G net work, Two days ago it went back to 3G. My family has been with Verizon for almost 8 years. Yes, Verizon has been good about upgrades. We pay our bill and like our standing with Verizon. If Verizon is going to knock older phones back down to 3G they should let the Bill Payer know. I want to know way??? If you are going to knock my phone down to 3G and make me pay for 4G, I need a reason! If you want me to pay for 4G, and My phone can up hold 4G, Why is my phone on 3G????
