droid maxx not receiving pictures, missing texts, also app keeps stopping, one friend gets non of my texts. .. brand new phine

my droid Maxx is not receiving pictures, its missing text, I am NOT able to text one particular friend, the app keeps shutting down, what can I do to fix this

Let's see what's causing the problem! Current zip code? When did the issue begin? Are you using a downloaded messaging application?Do you experience the issue while being connect via wi-fi or the VZW network?
