My DNA fell from my pocket while I was on our golf cart and the glass face shattered from the two foot drop onto pavement. I've called some places and the cheapest price I got for repair was $99.99. Does Verizon allow glass replacements? The LCD screen and Digitizer are completely fine, it is only the glass face, which I know costs around $50. We have insurance, but the cheapest place doesn't take insurance!!
If I can't get my glass face replaced, how does the insurance work? I know there will be at least a $50 deductible, but I want to get the same phone if I can't keep this one in particular. How much does a refurbished HTC DNA cost and is there a guarantee that it will work properly? I've had bad experiences with refurbished phones and ended up paying double!
Also, if I get a refurbished phone, how can i transfer my contacts and photos over? I know I would have to turn in my current phone, but I don't want that stuff floating around!
