Recently turned in my old company Blackberry and got a Samsung S4 Mini. Travel to Mexico a lot for business so have international data and voice on the phone. I can call back to the US without issue. However, when trying to call my voicemail it rings once and just disconnects? Any ideas? I have tried the voicemail button, have tried holding down the 1 and going to voicemail, have tried *86 and finally dialing 001-areacode-mynumber and it does the same thing every time. Never get to the enter passcode prompt. Need help as I have 5 voicemails since I landed in Mexico.
