Help! As of the software upgrade on July 5, I can no longer receive my Comcast email on my Galaxy 3. It appears as though I can sign in to Comcast, I am just not receiving any of my emails. Kind of defeats the purpose of having the phone.
This is very strange ladyiris65! Let's remove/delete your Comcast email account from your phone, then power off/on and add email again and test. If issue continues, try installing the Xfinity Connect application http://bit.ly/1lru7f3 that allows you to check their email.
