How do I remove the NFL mobile service plan from my bill. I opened up the app just to browse it and it automatically signed me up for the service and I was told to go my.vsw.com to remove the service. Doe anyone know how to do this?

This week I received a text from Verizon informing me my NFL subscription would now be free. Which is how I learned I've been paying $5 a month for this since the Superbowl. Gahhh!!!!
The text said "NFL Mobile is now included with your MORE Everything Plan for 2014/2015. Your $5 mo Premium charge will be credited within your next two bills."
So I spent half an hour on the site trying to figure out how to cancel the NFL feature/service/package/app whatever the hell they call it. No luck.
So I finally called them and they said that it cannot be cancelled. It is now a part of the package. I asked "If I cancelled today, and signed up for a new plan today, could I get it without the NFL on it?" and my agent told me I could not. He further went on to tell me that I could not be refunded for the past 5 months where I have not used the feature. And I would bet you $100 they will at somepoint resume charging me for this shitty NFL service which I cannot turn off. This is so aggravating. Anyone else figure out a way to cancel it?

I recently installed NFL Mobile, and when I opened it, it voluntarily added the premium feature, although I never authorized it. I don't want, nor need, premium, as I only use NFL Mobile to check scores. I don't watch the video because being on a limited data plan, I can't afford it.
That said, I looked through my feature set and couldn't find it, either. I'd imagine, if it's not available to be removed as JenniferH_VZW stated, I shouldn't be billed for it because it's not active on my account.
