I received a replacement galaxy s3 recently and all of my recent photos from old phone are gone. Is there any way to retrieve them? I have the sd card from the previous phone installed and I have yet to return the old device.
Computer >> USB cable that came with the phone >> phone. Plug them together and wait for the drivers to load. If you need more details on how to use the USB connection with the phone consult with your owner's manual for your phone which is available online at the manufacturer's website or on the Verizon Wireless website.
You should verify the photos aren't saved to the internal memory space of the old phone. If they aren't on the SD card, they would be in the internal memory.
