This renders the camera and pictures inaccessible. I had some pictures and a video from a month ago that I really wanted to save. I have not even been able to get the download to my computer to work to transfer the information. Any advice?
RAPS2002,Lets get you access to your pictures and videos again! Does this error only appear when you are trying to access the camera? What type of device do you have? Hello! I have the Samsung Galaxy S4. It does not have a SD card in it. I have tried to move the pictures to a pc but the drivers won't install properly. The error is inhibiting phone use.

I too have this problem - every 3 or 4 seconds no matter what I'm trying to do -- call, ck fb, take a picture, anything. I've taken out the battery, the sim card and even followed 2 utubes of how to "clean the cache" to stop this. Now I still get the notice but lost my photo's and ringtones.....
