Hi Wierz!I want to ensure you're able to use your email on your Samsung Galaxy S III as previously. What type of email account do you have on your device? Have you tried removing and readding the email account on the device? Here's a link with instructions for removing Personal (POP/IMAP) email accounts: http://vz.to/1nm2x4h. Please keep me posted so that I can further assist. Thanks!AnthonyTa_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
Hi Anthony:
After an hour on the phone with your technician, she decided to send me a new galaxy S4. I received it today and set up e-mail pop3 accounts, (which are from two servers), and the same thing happened. My last twenty five read e-mails keep coming back as unread.
I’m lost.
Wierz

Dear Sir:
I corrected the problem myself this weekend. I archived all of my deleted items into a new file.
I then went back to my in-box and started deleting the e-mails 200 at a time, and they finally went away. Since then, it the e-mails are working fine.
My phone is no longer downloading emails since I ran the software upgrade yesterday. Help please?
I'm sorry you're having issues with emails oqmslaura. I know how important it is to stay connected to everyone. Did you try signing out of your email and back into it? Did you try checking for updates for your email app? Are you able to use the browser to sign into your email? KinquanaH_VZWFollow us on Twitter @vzwsupport
