How do I transfer an app no longer on my apps at Google play from bionic DROID to samsung galaxy s4?
It should show up in Google Play on your new device even though it is no longer available. My son had Flappy Bird on his old phone (it's no longer available) but when he got his new phone it was there to download and install.
Look in Google Play, My Apps then hit the All tab.

You need to backup the APK file using a file explorer app (ES file explorer for example) and transfer the file to your computer. Then copy the APK file from the computer to the Galaxy S4 and install as an unknown source. You have to allow unknown sources temporarily in the phone settings. There is no guarantee that the app is compatible with the Galaxy S4 either. Also if you are referring to the Adobe Flash player, don't bother. The application isn't supported and totally unnecessary on the Galaxy S4. I had the S4 for a while and while I have backup APK of the Flash player I never installed it on the S4 nor did I find a situation where it was needed.
