The "p" on my keyboard doesn't work!

I just got a replacement phone (mine was lost). I have noticed that the "p" on the keyboard isn't working. I can only get an "o". Sometimes I can't get an "m" either. It seems the letter buttons are just too small or something.

I have tried both the Samsung and the Google keyboard.

Any advice?

Is this a physical keyboard or an onscreen keyboard? If it's a physical keyboard there may be a mechanical defect in the phone and it should be replaced again.

If it's a virtual keyboard, onscreen, try using a stylus for more accurate typing to see if the letters actually show up when the correct place is tapped, or if there is something with the onscreen keyboards.

Hi hhnp,

I am sorry to hear that some of your key board letters are not working right. Sometimes it can be hard to type the letters as the "p" key and the "o" key are close to each other. Have you tried a 3 party app to help enlarge your keys? There are several free apps available on the Google Playstore that have this function. I hope you can give an app a try to see if this helps reduce or resolve the issue.
