Droid Maxx software update problems - phone usability.

Greetings All,

I am asking this on behalf of my mother who is in her 70's.  Her droid maxi recently had a software update (about a month ago) and since her phone has lost functionality in a number of areas including the photo browser, text messaging and text message notification, the touch navigation, and telephone.  I'm sorry I can't give you more to go on, but if anyone has any suggestion I would appreciate it.  She has taken the phone to Verizon in Kalamazoo a couple times, but they have no clue.

I am so sorry to hear of the issues your mother is having with her device. I would love to assist with resolving her device issues. We would need a little more details though.
