When i backed up my messages it said 198 was backed up.When i try to view it says to go to message app on phone.Message app says only 2 conversations.
kahikilaulani,We want to get that working for you and make sure that your messages are syncing. The cloud was referenced initially. I want to know if you are using VZ messages or using the cloud feature for messaging. If you log in and go to the cloud (or vtext) you will only see messaging done from the website. It sounds from your last post that you may be logged in with another mobile number. If you are trying to view messages from a different mobile number with VZ Messages simply log out on the top right and log back in with the mobile number you want to view the messages. A conversation (between you and another person) can contain several messages. If you only text with one or two other people, you'll only have one or two conversations, but it would be hundreds of messages back and forth between you.
I understand that but the 2 conversations in app only had 40 messages.

The info i am searching for is not on the (808)xxx-xxxx but on the (808)xxx-yyyy number.How do i do that?
