I received my phone 19 days ago, bought it in store as new. Two days ago I started noticing a lot of lag yet thought it was contributed to many open applications and running programs. Closed the programs and was fine. Yesterday 7-29 I was on a phone call and the phone went silent I looked at it to notice the phone was off. I tried many times to turn it on, taking battery out, leaving it out, holding the power button, many different things and go no result. I called and there was no other option but then to send me a "new" phone. I have had previous Samsung phones including other Galaxy models yet if this a problem with the S5 this may be something I need to reconsider.
