how to get replacement razr

Question

I have done everything they have asked me to do including factory reset to try to regain use of my droid razr hd. Functionality of this phone has gone to 0. I loved this phone and now they have turned it into a paperweight. They told me that they would probably send me a new phone but now noone seems to know how to make that happen. Help from anyone....please

Good evening retromamba! Sounds like you have done the ultimate troubleshooting step (hard reset). Did you make sure to uncheck Automatic Restore at step number 3? If not, please do it again and uncheck. Test and keep us posted. What specific issues are you experiencing with the phone and when did these issues start?
