Verizon customer service is amazing! I always hear horror stories, Im here to say I LOVE THEM!!!

Well I am certainly happy that someone is happy with them because am not. I can't wait until I am out of my contract. They have the worst customer service ever. The cellular service with Verizon is good but the people who work for them (the individuals I have come in contact with) are horrible.
